Over a hundred years ago (in 1888), scientists discovered that substances in the liquid crystal state are fluid like regular liquids, but at the same time their optical characteristics are remarkably similar to those of solid crystals.

Much later they began to see the physical basis of the existence of the “fourth state of matter” and the key condition of its existence, which consists in the fact that the molecules of a liquid crystal must be not spherical but prolate in one direction or distinctly flattened. That is, the atoms in such molecules are arranged mainly along a certain axis or in a separate plane.

The nonsphericalness of a molecule can be characterized by vector e of a unit length, which is either parallel or perpendicular to the molecule’s axis. A liquid crystal is a liquid that consists of such molecules that are not only kept at a certain average distance from each other, but have molecular vectors parallel to a certain axis L.

Let us single out three positions:

• The Absolute Pole, with a precession of about 1^о will be determined by 3020
• The New Pole, which will result from a 15° shift from the existing one in 2014 or a 7.5-degree shift from the Absolute pole
• The Current Pole with a hexagonal grid with a 60° interim

The Current Pole and the existing geophysical structure grid resulting from atlantes’ attempt to stabilize the planet’s geophysical system. The pole shift coming in April 2014 will occur on the XY plane and cause reconfiguration of the entire geophysical structure of the Earth.

New orthogonal geophysical structure shifted 15° relatively to the current one.

New grid, that will arise in 2014 after the 15° shift of current North pole, is a projection of II Fractal Base on the surface of planet, analogous to the Absolute grid with a 7,5° shift relatively to the Absolute pole.

Points of the new grid:

• X0* - Point of the “new” North pole.
• X1* - Point of the “new” South pole. Jointly with X0* represents the “X”-axis of the orthogonal system – axis of rotation of the planet.
• Y0* - Point of ”Y”-axis on the surface of the – the border of Brazil and Bolivia.
• Y1* - Opposite point of the ”Y”-axis, the Philippines, South-east Asia. Jointly with Y0* orientates the “Y”-axis.
• Z0, Z1 – Points of ”Z”-axis on the surface of the planet. Jointly orientate the “Z”-axis.
• - points «R√2», conversion diagonal of the II Fractal Base (areas of standard spin synthesis).
• - points «R√3», big diagonals of the II Fractal Base (areas of perception of opposite spin energy-informational potential).

The main deployment of geophysical fields is happening along the XY-plane. The most pronounced “shifts” of planet’s physical mass are expected precisely in this area.

Hexagonal grid represents the current structure, points of which jointly form the Earths geophysical field’s system of phase centres built by the Atlantes – two circuits of 6 pyramidal complexes, situated t every 60° around planets rotation axis. The project supposed turning the whole planet relatively to the vector of movement so that the rotation axis corresponded the trajectory of movement, reducing the precession to “0°”, thus stabilizing the hexagonal control field of the planet and fixating the third polypeptide chain in the genome. Such a result totally blocked the Phoenix Project, that was absolutely not acceptable.

Points of the hexagonal grid:

1. The Giza Pyramid, Egypt. Key point of the grid. Distance between the modern North pole and the Pyramid is 6 666,66km.
2. The Lhasa, a town in Himalayas. Pyramid carved in the rock mass, location of the ancient Shambhala.
3. The Pyramid of the sunk island-state Atlantis.
4. New Orleans, location of installation of one of the pyramids of the complex.
5. Point of the hexagonal grid, The Pacific Ocean, floating platform with a pyramid.
6. Point of the hexagonal grid, The Pacific Ocean, floating platform with a pyramid.

Corresponding points of the Southern Hemisphere had analogous pyramidal complexes.
