What is the phoenix? This ancient symbol is clearly illustrated in the heritage of many civilizations, including that of Ancient Egypt, which was an early renaissance period following a long string of dark ages. The Egyptians knew much about the world's past and tried to restore the orthodox (hexagonal) 'genetic material' that had undergone complete degradation after the War of gods.

The name of this genetic modification project, Project Phoenix, alludes to the image of the Soular civilization regenerating itself through self-sacrifice and the project in turn has become the basis for the mystical personification in the decadent period that came after the fall of the Alternates' Empire.

Let us try to investigate these ancient events and find reason in their occurrence and the nature and chronology of what happened. Let us try to align the multitude of disembodied data at our disposal by integrating it into a single conceptual complex. The basis of this construction will be that most mysterious and enigmatic prophecy of all time, which became an integral part of New Testament, the Revelation to St. John the Evangelist, the Savior's best disciple, written on Patmos Island in the 80's A.D.

A feature of this text known also as the Apocalypse is that the narrative covers the Past, the Present, and the Future at the same time. Written almost 2000 years ago, Revelation is rich in many mystical images that seem to have nothing to do with the reality of Space and Time around us.

Nonetheless, it contains a chronology of the Past, the Present and the Future which has by now become urgent while meticulously configured in three temporal projections. Every character in the narrative corresponds to a similar associative image and characterizes simultaneously, a historic basis, it`s tragic realization, and that outcome projected onto the present.

The strict consecution of the colossal events contained in the Apocalypse is astounding in its depth and precision of positioning. Undoubtedly, the 'book sealed with seven seals' and John's own divine Revelation are tied into a single conceptual 'package' and to 'loose the seven seals' is only possible with both of them simultaneously, an act which is definitely impracticable without full knowledge of the fundamental laws of the universe and adequate knowledge of the principles of their objective implementation.

Still, let us try 'to take the book out of the right hand of him that sitteth upon the throne', and then 'loosen the seals thereof', open it and thoroughly analyze the divine Revelation as revealed on a Sunday by one of the Savior's twelve apostles 'on the far-away isle that is called Patmos', and then let us try to understand what was, what is and 'what must be!'…

What does St. John the Evangelist write on this subject in the Apocalypse?

What gave motive to the giant conglomeration of the Soular supercivilization numbering 144 stellar systems (the Solar system alone had a population of over 28 billion people)?

What brought about such an advanced civilization? A civilization that, at an early stage of its evolution, had been capable to transfer five planetoids of the Solar system from farther orbits to nearer ones and to 'reset' the activity of the Sun (it still shines like a young star, even though it is situated on the periphery of the stellar system, which is a sign of its venerable age), a civilization that created the Great Ring altering the space categories of entire stellar systems? What possessed it to rush into such a seemingly reckless and risky undertaking symbolically named Project Phoenix?

What is the underlying cause of this colossal project that predefined the self-immolation of that supercivilization?

During the following period of the alternative 'development' and decadent paradigm, no one remembered that, an essentially dramatic rise from the ashes was to follow and that this renaissance must yield some overwhelmingly important resource. What is it? What should we, distant descendants, get from the 'dark' past? It must be something of vital importance! That something may be a priceless solution to some mysterious problem that emerged in the evolutionary hyper-prototype and implied catastrophic destructions that would be inevitably faced even by such a supercivilization as Soular, a supercivilization knowing no such notion as 'conflict, illness, old age, death' because they are not compliant with the principles of objective category development.

So let us try to look into it again using the greatest prophecy of all time – Revelation to John the Evangelist.

Carrying out any complex task associated with so many numerous and unpredictable complications demands adequate motivation. Only a vitally important cause could push the poly-astral society of the Soular Conglomeration to take the step that turned around the customary lifestyle pattern of this vast civilization and entailing a great number of complications on the path to accomplish a certain Supertask.

Evolutional crises periodically occurred in different civilizations which at a certain stage decay and die out due to massive social and ideological conflicts within that society which unquestionably rendered creative impulses inadequate.

Around 450,000 years ago, such crises began to intrusively manifest themselves in this strand of the Galaxy and there are grounds to believe that, that moment was when the forces of the entire Soular civilization acknowledged the necessity to transform the Orthodox Genome which coincided with the beginning of a colossal evolutional crisis caused by natural processes which always occurred at the fourth stage of the spiral-helix genetic matrix deployment that was ever present in the Galaxy.

Let us remind ourselves how the scale of step-by-step development of an individual unfolds, and that it is a physical system and electromagnetic in nature:

Stage 1 – genetically programmed spontaneous deployment of the DNA matrix, when the mother cell clones itself into a hypercluster complex of 10¹⁵ analogs, thus forming a peripheral personality that registers direct contact with the environment.

Stage 2 - introduction of corrections, i.e. building of the structure of individual consciousness in the form of a well-coordinated 'control field' that helps an individual to efficiently correct any discrepancies occurring in their hypercluster system and so progresses toward absolute coherency of all inherent manifestations both inside them and beyond.

Stage 3 – transformation of each and every one of intrastructural wave interactions of an organism into quantum ones; after which destruction is virtually impossible due to the deployment of a supertemporal superconductive system of exchange communications.

Stage 4 involves a full transformation of biological information depositories (i.e. cells, which are known to have electromagnetic nature) into an indestructible quantum form, whereupon the notion of 'pure reason' appears that is of an energy-form no longer requiring any reference resonator.

Stage 5: automatic formation of a self-affine hypersphere of integral consciousness when fourth-level individuals have sufficiently saturated their own structure with the informational potential and are capable of absolute informational counter-exchange, whereupon any conceptual category registered or modeled by such a representative becomes immediately accessible to all individuals of the same level. Thus, without losing individuality, there appears a precedent of a so called integral consciousness incorporating a large number of fourth-level individuals that have developed the required abilities.

Self-sufficiency of such a quantum formation is utterly and completely based on the building principle of the Fractal Base I (FB - I), the first iteration of which involved the assembly of 531,441 diagram segments of fourth-level individual consciousnesses.

In their turn, levels 6 and 7 are even more global – the 'galactic' and 'metagalactic' superpositions of integral consciousness where the elementary module is superconsciousness of the fifth and sixth developmental levels accordingly within the framework of the self-affinity hyper-sphere of the First Fractal Base, that superconsciousness being raised to its own power:

Individuals at the fourth developmental level.

However, in this case it suffices to dwell on the Fifth integral developmental level, the so called System Hierarch, the Collective Super-consciousness incorporating at least 531441 fourth-level individuals, the system-wide Soular Integral Reason/Consciousness.

Obviously, it is not a single predominant individual, although someone always proceeds and is followed by others. The one appearing first is the best of the best, but here, like in the structure of FB - I, the hierarchy notion dissolves as all are equal and equal in everything, for an individual is but a segment of a global superconductive interface, and any idea of a single individual immediately becomes the property of all the rest.

Undoubtedly, this appearance of the first 'Prevailing One', who has passed to the third developmental level, is an essential turning point in the evolution of any civilization. An example from the modern civilization is Jesus of Nazareth, who, despite everything managed 'the impossible'.

During the 'transition' (transformation) following the events on Calvary, the Savior fell into a 42-hour coma where his personality unfolded at a completely new quantum level: before Calvary he was 'more of a man' and after it, he was already the God-man because the moment of crisis erased the predominant aspects of basic life stereotypes by which he had lived for 33 years among ordinary people.

The deployment of his basic personality (the quantum object) took place already beyond the standard stereotypes, qualitatively altering all its further manifestations. An immense amount of data on this phenomenon is available, part of it has already been uncovered for public review, and more will be disclosed as necessary.

The Savior's life of itself, is a precise projective analog of the ancient Project Phoenix: quiet past (Soular), violent present (crucifixion of wisdom by alternates) and a 'faerie' future (inevitable resurrection and transformation).

Any civilization as a super position of its citizens evolves in the following ways. The so called First level, that is the purely biological level of personality development, implies awareness of the physical laws of the environment that objectively influence the sustaining processes, this awareness is only possible if there is adequate understanding of the existence principles of the environment; thus it becomes possible to move to the second developmental level, where absolutely necessary corrective actions are triggered.

Now, when a highly coherent state of proper wave super position, (- i.e. an individual 'control field' has been reached and used for space-time amplitude-frequency agreement of amplitudes, frequencies, phase framework, a diagram of counter-interaction of 10¹⁵ biological cells of 256 types differing in structure, shape, membrane shell structure, resonance frequency of interaction etc.,) the entire complex of electromagnetic superpositions can be transformed into an indestructible quantum form.

This titanic agreement is called 'the process of adequate development of a hypercluster individual biosystem'. Simple accumulation of informational potential or activation due to interrelations, unauthorized infringements or vacancies in the structural lattice of the genetic matrix, which are typical in a spiral-helix system, cause massive conflicts and numerous randomly growing faults in exchange interaction.

If an initially non-elementary system is not a structurally stabilized hypercomplex formation, there will be inevitable numerous inner contradictions aggravated by this system activation. Activation of the hypercluster biological system of a person at developmental level 1-2 without the proper genetically recorded program of space-time coordination entails abrupt increase and snowballing 'excrescence' of inner conflicts initially brought about by any elementary cause.

Since the DNA helix, like any other matter of electromagnetic nature, is a linear-chain dynamic function that can only model helical spirals in space, the possibilities of its own inner coordination of strictly dynamic nature are limited only to three levels of spiralization, after which the complex starts to randomly 'wind' on itself. Thus, any system develops exactly in this respect, be it a person, a civilization or a galaxy; at a certain stage, after the third level of structural spiralization, such synthesis tracks of counter-exchange communication automatically begin to 'wind' randomly, the system nucleus becomes blocked, and eventually the system is destroyed and dies.

In turn, the DNA helix is a particular case of the Galaxy hyperprototype projection, which in turn is a particular case of the Universe hyperprototype; therefore the primary program-dependant DNA matrix carries all four coordination levels (algorithms) in a certain balanced complex: amplitude, range, phase and interaction diagrams.

The first-level helix dominates the activation of the very amplitude aspect of its own program-dependant manifestations. The occurring polarization automatically triggers the synthesis of subsequent links and the linear-chain development of the system in the shape of linear formation of its own projection analogs.

The next (second) level of spiralization is of a helix within helix. Its dominator has frequency-wave characteristics that initiate the trend toward modeling projective analogs in the form of many cascade-like expanding band-based projections, where every subsequent level or segment is a certain individual frequency-wave expression. This sequence is clearly manifested at birth and in the course of development of a person. At first, a sufficiently stable primary form of programmatic activation is modeled, and then cell specialization takes place that produces an enormous number of modifications, think of 256 types of cells working within their own frequency bands.

The third level of spiralization implies the formation of a relatively stable phase framework, since the cluster similarity is already set up; the system has a specialization that resulted in numerous individual systematic segments which even though they are in a certain common state integrated by their own genetic make-up, still are strictly individual expressions.

The fourth spiralization level must have its own particular dominator for the coordination of the counter-interaction diagram within numerous structural processes of the devolved hypercluster system`s 10¹⁵ biological cells.

There appears an obvious conflict between the electrical and magnetic components of the modulated wave processes carrying these fundamental program-dependant categories, because as early as the first evolutionary stages of the spiral-helix system, asymmetry between the spiral turns brings about different kinds of dynamic overload that are not automatically regulated within such structures.

Fractal Base III within the Orthodox Genome framework allows for certain ambiguity of the development outcome. Degradation processes that gradually emerge at the fourth adaptive level in the deployment of the FB III algorithm proceed from the fact that the deployment and dynamic stabilization of the three-helix DNA of the hexagonal genome required the introduction and fixation of utterly precise counter functions along the vector of their 'motion', and that those functions did not participate in the spontaneous formation of the fourth level of conditional fractalization of the spiral-helix system in which where multiple conflicts between self-realization vectors are inevitably provoked.

Thus, in this spontaneous mode, the structural configuration of spiral-helix nature admits adequate coordination of only three gradational levels (a spiralized spiral within a spiral), for the fourth spiralization level automatically entails a pronounced random 'winding' of program tracks on the base link and thereby causes multiple coordination issues for counter-exchange interactions, which can only be corrected from senior ('supertemporal') levels of FB I-II.

Therefore in evolving young systems where linear-chain evolution at the level of FB III was predominant, their own hypercluster spiral-helix configuration (the configuration that governed the notion of cyclic individual reincarnation.) adequately existed for a strictly limited period and had little time to transfer to the next evolutional level where full dependence on the linear-dynamic basis was not necessary.

Here it is crucial to precisely configure corresponding counter functions that dynamically balance the deployment of spiral-helix development vectors, lest the already cyclically limited 'adaptive' period be abbreviated.

Some civilizations are known to have failed to complete this stage of their evolution in a timely manner and this required certain interference from senior systems that purposefully remedied these more complicated situations.

Thus, within such a completely hierarchic vertical framework, hypercluster systems lagging behind in their evolution were regularly corrected and this enabled them to keep a sufficiently stable state and the opportunity to transfer to the next (fourth) level of social evolution despite obvious problems.

However, in FB III, where any process would inevitably decline after reaching an apogee, the general principle of explicated periodicity drastically decreased such prospects. As the situation grew generally more and more complicated and when spatial coordination of escalating counter-interaction conflicts was needed virtually all the time, individuals in early development stages en mass began to form unconstructive algorithms for a merely consumptive attitude toward life and the superior levels of the system hierarchy. A whole class of primitive 'users' spontaneously emerged and grew; their existence and 'development' being governed by using the results of the creative actualization of senior generations along strictly superficial and selfishly mercenary lines.

Like any matter, the carrier of genetic programs of development (the DNA helix.) is a molecular structure that automatically models its own wave superposition of a spiral-helix type. In this structure each and all connections have electromagnetic nature, and internal and external counter-interactions occur only within the framework of field electromagnetic pulses.

Does technogenic electromagnetic radiation influence upon the state of human protein matter? Certainly, and without external prescriptive correction measures such as by a 'control field' that initializes comprehensive coordination and carries the program establishing a space-time coherent transformation of each and all exchange reactions, the deployment of the DNA matrix and steady development of any hypercluster system in global environment becomes problematic.

The brightest examples of supertemporal instantaneous correction performed by Jesus of Nazareth are widely known and described “If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove.” So demonstrating that if space-time coordination of all structural parameters of an individual worldview system is sufficient to create the necessary level of coherence, then any impulse, being a program-dependant function from changing the structural modification of specific matter, is easily carried out!

Approaching an ailing person, the Savior initialized a simple impulse “Be healed!”aiming at comprehensive coordination of electromagnetic superpositions of counter-exchange subsistence interrelations. Since the signal had an obvious program and was absolutely coordinated as a superconductive quantum field spread-out from FB - I, a field that existed outside the temporal parameter, instantaneous correction of multiple electromagnetic structural interrelations of the hypercluster object's subsistence system took place.

If step-by-step linear-chain modification of an organism's local structure is initialized under a specific algorithm, when some program-dependant impulse moves along a corresponding track, multiple reactions occur and then interact, there is phasic rotation etc., then eventually the final efficiency is problematic.

In turn, when the highly coherent 'control field' comprehensively covers the entire hypercluster bio system, exercises instantaneous regulation of all its parts and coordinates its smallest formations, it triggers immediate and comprehensive structural restoration of all generically preserved information-exchange categories. The density of such a universally corrective impulse must correspond to the necessary gradation, and the interaction range is commeasurable with the parameters of molecular links.

The first 'Prevailing One' managed universal coordination of a spiral-helix deployment of 10¹⁵ single-purpose genetic projections and achieved a conflict-free interaction both within the biosystem and outside by introducing the notion of Universal Space-Time Coherence, which means physical immortality and transition to the third developmental level; naturally, in the general context of evolution of civilization, the appearance of the first 'Prevailing One' allows us to assume that, being structurally perfect and possessing the same genetic material as the other representatives of the current civilization, He will trigger a system-wide 'control field' on the planetary scale, entailing future transition to the Fourth (quantum) developmental level.

Accordingly, the appearance of the First one at the Fourth developmental level is the beginning of a global 'control field', where all the living are situated and as a result of this phenomenon, not only do they instantaneously receive necessary program-dependant impulses but are also in the correction and support area, where all random structural deformations are automatically differentiated by the planetary 'control field'.

This situation enables rapid increase in the speed of development of society, hence mass generations of third- and fourth-level individuals. Under these circumstances the 5^th level is quickly formed (Integral Consciousness) where those who have reached the 4^th personality level and have passed a certain stage of self-improvement get an opportunity for supertemporal recording of any informational categories of an arbitrary complexity and within a wide range, modeled or registered by their 'colleagues', which produces a common superconductive interface, i.e. a collective 'control field', in a certain local part of the Galaxy. This very quantum object is called the System Hierarch.

Within the framework of simplest associations of the primitive social conscious, this 'polystructural mono-individual' determines the notion of 'God': 'nothing can happen without Him knowing', his motive is absolute coordination of All, and the modeled result is absolute harmony.

Serious mistakes and purposeful distortion of the fundamental principles are impossible and it is exactly at this stage of individual development that the notions of 'perfection', 'love', 'spirituality' etc. become adequate.

Such a civilization is a true Eden, a perfect place for productive development under the absolute protection of the System Hierarch who will not allow any seriously traumatic situations.

Why would such an idyll not last forever? A gigantic superconductive interface with a diameter of over 20,000 light years (the Great Ring) has already been built, and it changed the coordinates of stellar systems by gathering them into a supretore of 12 rings, each comprised of 12 stellar systems, with the parental Soular Solar system as its center and the Aires as the maternal planet.

All this occurred within the framework of a structure-wide 'control field' sustained by the integral Consciousness of the fifth-level Collective Hierarchy pertaining to those who had previously reached the third level, then rose to the fourth level where they formed together with many followers the super consciousness that is a quantum supertemporal complex; this complex manipulates an infinite number of informational categories, 'knows everything' and creates instant programs that prevent the giant Soular Conglomeration from losing its state of uttermost stability.

In time, this created system begins to block itself: 'We have everything, we do not need anything else!' But this situation becomes absolutely impossible to maintain and either the affected system has to climb the evolutional vertical or fall down into the pit of degradation!

Under theses circumstances, which are rather comfortable for the parasitic 'periphery' dependent on senior links, creative realization of first- and second-level individuals gradually slowed down and then falls into a complete depression, firstly due to the independent developmental algorithms that did not meet any genetic confirmation (i.e. an adequate counter-function) at the level of Fractal Base III and were fully shifted onto higher levels of the evolutional Vertical of the civilization and at the same time, when the lower levels experienced a slowdown in activity, an obvious unconstructive break in the evolutional chain appeared at the level of the so called 'middle hierarchs'.

Individuals passing to the Third stage of their development, where this stage inevitably involves fast further self-improvement, are known to gradually move to the Fourth level of the system hierarchy (energy-form), though the inflow of those coming from the Second level to the Third (the quantum structural framework) is rapidly decreased. As this gap grows wider, the evolutional chain of strict continuity began to lack these individuals from the Third level of consciousness development, who play an important role of adaptors for program-founding conceptual thesis of the Fourth-level hierarchs.

That absence virtually cuts off the social environment that exists at the first and second developmental levels from the important conceptual reference points, because without an intermediary link, society could not adapt the necessary developmental information files of high-profile reference and control thesis and could only set up deeply profanated and conflict-ridden scenarios that inevitably brought such a civilization to an end.

Considering that development is a linear-chain function and therefore a spiral-helix one, whose hyperprototype as such does not have a corresponding structurally rolled-out system of its own universal phasic framework stabilization, under all circumstances after the third spiralization level, which is commensurable with the third level of civilization evolution, the implementation vectors begin to self-destruct and similarly motivation for creative interpretation of perceived vital-activity categories mutates and disappears.

Vectors of adequate creative activity as one of the primary aspects of spirituality get blocked and distorted and most first and second level representatives have no idea where and why the civilization is 'moving.

What then are the future prospects? There are fewer and fewer individuals entering the third level to replace those leaving for the fourth level and with this fall in feedback, the social system coordination begins to break down as program-dependent information can be transferred only to an adjoining level – from 5 to 4, from 4 to 3, from 3 to 2, from 2 to 1.

As translation of conceptual impulses over a level requires an adequate differentiative adaptor and as expressed earlier, the First and Second levels can only manipulate the elementary conceptual categories in subluminal modes of medium-frequency bands then for them, an adaptor is of vital importance!

The structural characteristics of the Orthodox genetic prototype implemented within the framework of Fractal Base III periodically brought about by rapidly emerging hierarchical gaps, always had the same natural result, individuals of the First and Second developmental levels gradually separated from 'parent' categories, social periphery began to dramatically fall behind the central evolutional processes, and junior evolutional links no longer having their elementary adequacy are dropped (erased) and completely disintegrated down to elementary particles.

The result of this was that there were tremendous losses of informational potential in peripheral social strata. After each reset and differentiation of the system periphery (meaning billions of individuals) to the background environmental activity, a considerable period was required for the genetic activation and deployment of further new civilizations where although developmental processes in those civilizations started from the same status as those of the contemporary 'control field' of senior system levels, they initially bore the very 'original sin' of the spiral-helix genetic equation which inherently presupposed a high probability of periodical occurrence of similar resets.

So, despite the seemingly stable (inertial in many respects) well-being of the social-geophysical environment of the Soular Conglomeration, another hierarchic 'gap' appeared, and it was due to that gap that the idea of Project Phoenix emerged, unmatched by any other in its scope.

By result of natural inhibition of creative activity (natural in terms of linear-chain spiral-helix developmental algorithms), a unified cyclic pattern can be observed in every regular counter-interaction system, from the Soular Conglomeration to any modern social economical configuration or the historically proximate despotism (the Egyptian Kingdom, Sumer, Hellas, the Roman Empire, India, China etc.). Initially there is a burst of development, expansion of the implementation range, stable albeit rigid management architecture. The spontaneous construction of various system superstructures begins with numerous subsystems in the complex acquire specialization. The next step is the formation of an accessible phase framework model, a control system etc.

However, such a configuration is inherently unable to arise as a stable fractal spread-out scheme of FB I-II, hence structural self-blocking and degradation of the system occurs. The current period is a vivid example of the above. Civilization has virtually entered the area of the single-phase hoop of Chronohole, where the beginning and the end of a cycle coincide, meaning that all modeled conceptual categories immediately make up their last iteration, i.e. randomness and deadlock of the primary program-dependent link which activates the deployment of the modeled process.

Standard attempts to influence the existing 'inertia' by process activation unambiguously cause destruction of the primary function and as early as at the start of the program, it spirals massively at three levels, blocking itself and disintegrating.

At a certain stage linear, spiral-helix developmental algorithms within the framework of any hypercluster system, be it a person, a civilization, a galaxy, a metagalaxy, bring about an insurmountable deadlock of its own base, causing drastically fewer individuals who may reach the Third developmental level deployed in space, and who could replace those leaving for higher levels.

Consequently, the lower levels are left without 'ideological' support as the Third level governing the development process no longer exists and there is no collecting adaptor referencing information from the Fourth level. Billions of births may increase the population but the number of those who transfer to the next evolutional level drops and the population displays a rapidly growing intellectual gap. This development leads to where the system-wide Hierarch has to shed the estranged world as a social form of unpromising and incomplete individual modulations that is already impossible to transfer into an adequately developing state and is therefore doomed to degradation and death.

This tendency of prolonged linear functions to block themselves manifested itself everywhere within the Great Ring Soular and revealed many such degradations in people's creative activity, which meant that society began to alienate itself from control and reference information.

Then immediate 'conceptual' conflicts emerge within the structure of counter-exchange interactions and ideological, ethical and moral categories. However, the Orthodox genetic prototype does not imply automatic reconstruction of such a tangled interaction diagram. Thus, even a small number of exchange cycles are enough to doom a civilization to unprecedented problems that the living cannot even imagine. There is only one route in store for them, decline to primitivism and death! What an idea to confront one, the transformation of the harmonious hypersystem Soular into an alternative hypercluster of 'soul abductors' and avalanche-like degradation. How would such a prospect of progress be taken by thousands of fourth-level individuals, who integrally form the hypersphere of the fifth-level Hierarch? The same way as everyone before them in other strings of the Galaxy and the Metagalaxy 'there is nothing to be done here', and 'you snooze, you lose'. Especially since 'it's sink or swim'…

But what of spirituality? By this period, the overwhelming majority of Soular's vast population were at the first or second developmental levels and for them the notion of spirituality has been reduced to strictly common simplistic ideas and basic notions – 'thou shalt not kill', 'thou shalt not steal'…

This is when 'he that sitteth on the throne' for some spiritual ethical reasons 'unknown to us' did not cast millions of people already lost in inadequacy, adrift.

In contrast, as the last chance to save the civilization, Project Phoenix was created, wherein FB III was introduced as another component under the lattice of FB I-II when loaded. Here FB III determines linear-dynamic chain systems of genetic deployment, which prevent the destruction of the polarization diagram when assembling the fourth spiralization level.

It means that in its assembly area at the third spiralization level of FB II, the phase framework will no longer be able to turn into bent parallelepipeds which would spontaneously delaminate later. As a result of proper manipulations with ambient space, which is known to be electromagnetic in nature, it was planned to introduce a tetrahedron under the lattice of the Orthodox (hexagonal) genetic base. That tetrahedron would ensure restraint of the linear-dynamic spontaneity of the categories of FB III once and for all, and in the case of success, facilitate the utter elimination of any possibility of spiral-helix functions getting entangled at any evolutional stage of the dynamic system.

This Project Phoenix, being implemented for the first time in this strand of the Galaxy, certainly made allowances for all previous attempts made by other supercivilizations to implement some structural modification of the genetic prototype of the Galaxy that had repeatedly caused large-scale catastrophes.

It is known that previous attempts to solve this problem came to stage-by-stage (discrete) transformation of intrinsic genetic formulae locally, wherein such civilization projects were implemented and based their projects on strict continuity of the valid connection with senior links in the evolutional vertical and with the Generic Galactic Space.

That is why such projects served whatever was designed in the course of only one Iteration, which implied neither the destruction of the civilization that was carrying it out nor any significant interval in its evolution.

Unlike those precedents, Project Phoenix was originally planned as an operation consisting of a series of several main phases.

In the first phase of the Project, a radical change of the spatial composition of the entire Soular Conglomeration was intended, which required a full-fledged preparation and design of technogenic algorithms of the precision level that could run independently in the face of possible complications if there would be a chronohole separated from the Generic Galactic Space by a barrier membrane.

Initially it was contemplated as highly probable that the situation would go completely out of control, leading to disintegration of society in the active process area (the Solar system) and total loss of any notions or ideas of 'supertemporal' principles of universal space-time coordination.

In essence, Project Phoenix originally considered creating locally isolated circumstances that would be able to differentially 'burn down' the existing Orthodox (hexagonal) genome at the level of its spiral-helix deployment and then to regenerate it with the principles of spatial coordination implanted under the structural lattice of Fractal Base III, these are the principles that are only characteristic of supertemporal (superconductive) system complexes of the 5^th (Integral) developmental level.

It is hard to overestimate the bonus of the genetic matrix options
resulting from such a transformation. In the case of the implementation of the Project Phoenix and the full-fledged adaptation and socialization of its results, individual were no longer totally dependent on the ideological superposition of the society which had functioned as an immediate adaptor and educator for a standard genome individual.

A Phoenix-person carries a genetically fastened connection between the principal and the subaltern, and that connection, a priori ensures direct perception of conceptual theses and highest informational categories required for development. For example, within this framework of the new genome there can be no precedents when an individual who for some reason does not have proper social environment loses all human aspects and turns into a 'superior' beast.

The genetic formula carries a full-fledged counter-directed supertemporal connection between Fractal Base levels I, II, and III and contains the principle of non-hierarchical correlation of any spatial configurations. This formula can be represented as an equilateral triangle defining the features of a superconductive semantic ring:

As a result, the conceptual image of the bird Phoenix incinerating to be reborn in a completely different state became the basic symbol of Project Phoenix, which implied two main iterations in the creation of the New Hyper prototype while establishing an area of 'exceptional circumstances' to synthesize a genetic prototype structure carrying now an absolutely different (Universal) FB III, and by rebirth from its own ashes as a part of adaptation of this Hyperprototype to the Open Galactic Space.

But what would 'he that sitteth' receive from this rebirth, apart from a tremendous risk of getting many more abnormal problems? The respect and gratitude of billions saved from inevitable disintegration? As the well-known proverb states, 'No good deed goes unpunished'.

What about his own spirituality? How tremendous it must be for Him who is already indestructible and, like other hierarchs at his level, can take the 'standard' path to further eternity of Space and Time!

What is the true level of His spirituality? His moral motivation? On him depends the fate of a vast civilization, billions of living who had nothing before them in life except death.

Regardless of the Orthodox (hexagonal) genetic prototype prescription, He took it as his duty, not to cast billions of his children adrift. Even the motivation for those actions of the Savior (i.e. the External or crisis Manager a.k.a. Jesus of Nazareth) are inconsequential in scale when measured with the original motivation of 'he that sitteth', that is to implement the supercomplex Project Phoenix by modifying the genome with corrections that clear the future eternity of such precedents.

For this prototype to be synthesized automatically it must become available to the entire Galactic community. Who would agree to that? Only the Best of the best, the Worthiest One.

That is why despite the intrinsic and tremendous risk, the project was endorsed by everyone who could see the necessity and they participate in it through one way or another.

Virtually total disintegration and death of billions lie ahead. Five to ten per cent of that number may possibly get out of the abyss where they may after facing inconceivable hardships, reach the 3^rd developmental level and the desired immortality.

That those physically immortal individuals whom the degradation problem did not seem to concern (3-4-5 developmental levels) would sacrifice themselves for those who will probably never know the names of their heroes and will also doubt the very fact of their existence.

In this sacrifice lies the motivation for the Superintegral consciousness of Soular, for 'he that sitteth on the throne' both magnificent and merciless in its majesty.

How did further events unfold? Let us consult John once again:

1. And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head acrown of twelve stars:

2. And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

3. And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

4. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

So, a child was born, in effect the genetic modification was received and then the so called 'supertemporal Karmic phenomenon' was triggered.

Events that were destined to happen, happened as for millions of years there had been a cyclically developing functional basis that inevitably caused those events.

Even with a radical change in the implementation trajectory projections of future destructions appear in the modification area. They appear as a 'brief' projective replica of events of long past, events that had to happen and that are confirmed by the outcome of evolution of other civilizations.

The Galaxy's 'Karma' has already rolled out on the structural base of Soular's citizens. Virtually every living individual at developmental levels 1-2 is over 30% 'metastasized' by randomly unfolding projections of the spiral-helix genotype. Though at first glance they looked like socially successful individuals, the deformations latently generated in the β zone of the civilization were already creating predominant tendencies toward the future social disaster and for them there simply was no direct adaptation of the genetic modification generated by 'him that sitteth on the throne'!

In time, the Phoenix Soular turns to ashes, as predicted. However, in the passage of 26,000 years of 'external' time and at the next phase window, the Phoenix Soular supercivilization is inevitably reborn from those ashes carrying the structural addition to the genome which was the point of the titanic corrective action taken many thousands of years before.

For the sake of that outcome the 'Best of the best' with the support of his children, citizens, went to the length of self-sacrifice and immolation. No one before him could curb 'the spiral-helix doom'. Though around him the louder cries of the discontented greedy crowd of hypocrites and 'highly educated' primates who gave no thought to the idea of the actual space and time around them, nor of the laws of the universe that made them, remained glowing with satisfaction as they are shouting furiously, 'Crucify Him! Crucify Him!'…

The entity, 'he that sitteth' supported by 'external' highly developed civilizations and the Conglomeration citizens decided to start the project. The first three exchange cycles – synthesis of reference programs, design of the algorithms controlling modification, the structural modification itself – were successful because the process did not go beyond the structure of 'he that sitteth', the first adaptor of the newly made genome.

In the fourth exchange cycle, at the very moment when the genotype modification program was being installed into the biological complex of developmental level 1-2, the individual personality structure of Soular citizens (the social medium) experienced a monstrous overload and rejected the corrective impulse due to significant discrepancies between the two counter-functional categories.

It could be that 'he that sitteth' would impose this modification but that will inevitably burn down a significant part of the Soular citizens (the β-structure.), which by that time had already turned into a Gordian knot and thus potentially disintegrating at least 30% of the Conglomeration population.

The Cosmic Hierarch of the 5^th level, bore the brunt of this modification on himself and slowed down the restructurization. He fell into a coma, freezing like a computer when simultaneously analyzing a prodigious number of complex ever-changing non-linear categories and multiple projections requiring unequivocal positioning.

The possible non-linear situations had been carefully modeled but since no one had ever taken that path before, many atypical phenomena were unpredictable. However, 'he that sitteth' the fifth-level Hierarch, the Integral Consciousness of a multitude of fourth-level individuals had previously in good time put the program for his own reinstallation in such anomalous conditions and the program corrections required in critical cases were contained in the book 'sealed with seven seals' and only when this was completed was the synthesis process started. This mere fact says that “He” and consequently all around him considered such a situation as possible.

In turn, the 'Prevailing' Lamb – 'the Lion of the tribe of Juda' 'slain from the foundation of the world', was one of the 12 highest officers of Soular, Carrier of the Sword (Law), Strategist of the Third Soular-Dreg Class, whose real name is known to no one except himself (the unique Avatar).

When the War of gods was at full height and the alternates tried at all costs to breach into open space through the Lion's Consulate, he sacrificed himself in order to complete the reincarnation cycle as described in the enteries in John such as, ‘prevail’, 'take the book out of the right hand of him that sitteth upon the throne', 'loose the seals thereof', and thus 'activate' 'him that sitteth' and triggered the world regeneration mechanism.

It was not without a reason in those distant times that the Supreme Ideologist of the Alternates' Empire Talyuta personally demanded that his adherents immediately annihilate Him down to elementary particles! 'A Warrior's Life is Battle, his lot is Loneliness'…

Fourth-level hierarchs who were as yet unable to enter the Soular Superconsciousness left for the higher orbits of the Ring and set up an emergency rescue system for step-by-step withdrawal of the Conglomeration from the Project in case of such an emergency. Though there was no direct contact with their own hierarchy, who had transformed into the new hyperprototype and remained in an 'inaccessible' state for 435,000 years, they did achieve it by taking the necessary stage-by-stage actions and to the best of their ability controlling the system that had turned into a chronohole during the last (fourth) exchange cycle ending in the Great Catastrophe.

The density of the instantly appearing energy counter-flow was so high that one of the planets of the solar system (Rune) was blown to pieces within moments; all technical means of planet stabilization burned down; the superconductivity of the system ring interface collapsed and efficient management of the process became virtually impossible as control signals at speeds under light speed can take centuries and millenniums to reach their destination and the situation required an immediate response.

As a result, there was chaos in the project area, which predetermined the era of the Alternative evolution paradigm which ended in the War of gods and large-scale degradation of the Homo Sapiens species.

After some stabilization of the violently raging space that was a chronohole, the task was then to restore the system of standard genetic material stabilization. In the course of the third exchange cycle of Project Phoenix, 'he that sitteth' joined a fourth spiral to the three-spiral hexagonal prototype but during the biological adaptation period (exchange cycle 4) overloads related to the degradation of the genome β-zone caused stratification of the genetic matrix into two separate two-spiral modules: 2x2.

Only after discharging extra polarization into a relatively stabilized two-spiral system can a program-dependent correction be introduced, it is the very 'man child' activating the bond between the two-spiral categories where upon directed coherent coordination by the 'Prevailing' Lamb models an unprecedented (at least in our Galaxy.) Orthogonal genetic prototype precluding further degradation and death of the whole civilization since within it, it carries program-dependent principles for structural though not externally induced stabilization.

As is known, the current genotype has a double spiral containing only 4 nucleotides. The orthodox (hexagonal) stabilization attempted repeatedly during the 'dark ages' involved restoration of the destroyed third spiral carrying within it the principles of counter-coordination. That restoration would have formed a strictly dynamic stabilization complex of 6 nucleotides that would have required external support through an appropriate 'control field'.

Adherents of that paradigm believed that the third spiral containing the stabilization program would close up the entire complex of the orthodox (hexagonal) spiral-helix matrix and which would essentially nip the very meaning of Project Phoenix at the bud and send the genetic matrix back into the original structural form thus looping the system on a deeper track of standard problems aimed precisely at repetition of the above mentioned situation though on an even more catastrophic scale.

In the Project Phoenix, the current genome structure is supplemented with a second pair of spirals making up a structural configuration of 4 nucleotide pairs that would unfold along the main diagonals of the Absolute Cube and redouble, automatically assembling the cubic matrix of FB II from tetrahedrons, and each facet of these tetrahedrons would be a nucleotide.

Taken in context this opens a new, deeper perspective on the 'Jesus vs. Judaea high priests' conflict, going beyond the common superficial view. There is a reason why the Savior says, 'The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner'…

At the moment of the Great Catastrophe, 144,000 Soular volunteers were in the area of direct synthesis of the new genetic model on the Mita (Earth) and the Aires (Mars). To transfer the resulting modification into their worlds, they 'absorbed' the critical impulse of the exploding space of the Solar system.

Naturally, they will be the first carriers of the new genetic matrix in the current 'renaissance' period of Phoenix Soular. Who are they and where are they? The answer to this riddle is not known.

However, the AIRES Apocalypse-2012 portal and its reference point information has been designed above all for them. In any case, their basic personality (soul) is sure to resonate and respond by a feeling of connection, yearning and aspiration for the revival of the magnificent Soular.

They have risked more than anyone else in Project Phoenix, sacrificing themselves and in the present period, it is them through them whom 'he that sitteth' will prescriptively project himself onto all forms of further program-dependent interactions in the operational social-geophysical reality.

Together with the Lamb they will proceed to the third genetic adaptation stage.

At the First restoration stage, the 'Prevailing' Lamb tests the orthogonal model on himself and conveys the readymade genetic matrix into the local area of direct contact with a small number of 'random' volunteers, the test adaptors.

Performing the second adaptation stage by a counter-function, the 'Prevailing One' again tests the model on himself. Thus, step-by-step, program-dependent material for a wider adaptation is prepared for 'the following circle' of 144,000 adaptors, after which the program matrix of genetic modification is fully formed as a self-installing and auto-deploying universal program for synthesis of new genetic material, properly built-in and fully adapted to the current genotype:

Entering the Third developmental level, this area of system-wide phase window, the 'Prevailing' Lamb is naturally given a place near 'him that sitteth' and becomes the 'right hand' of 'he who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks like Son of man'.

He becomes the coordinator of the control programs of the entire world reorganization for at least a thousand years ahead, whereupon he goes to the Fourth level and gives up his place to those of his numerous followers.

Accumulating arbitrarily constructive genetic material at the cost of losing a greater part of the population on the planet on account of a complex social adaptation in the current conditions is senseless and criminal.

'Not man for genome but genome for man'!

Of course, the AIRES Apocalypse-2012 portal is also designed for those who are a concomitant link in the planetary transformation area and at this stage of their development cannot undertake anything themselves for objective reasons. They can be prepared for the necessary psychosomatic state and therefore can undergo all of the processes of the titanic social-geophysical restructurization with maximum stability. Though one should bear in mind that the current period of the Phoenix Soular renaissance does not come down alone to the global geophysical reorganization, primarily it is about a purposeful modification, adaptation and fixation of the existing genetic material and restoration of the stabilizing factor destroyed by the Great Catastrophe, that is the system-wide 'control field' of 'him that sitteth upon the throne'.

In its time, this brought about a whole era of 'alternative madness', the titanic War of gods, unprecedented decadence and the virtual death of the Soular Supercivilization but nevertheless it has within it, the renaissance area itself, brilliant and magnificent in all its glory.

'Prevailing Ones of all nations, unite!'...
