Today, the technological aspects of Meditative-Virtual Programming are described extensively and in detail. However, visualization and further fixation of a point in elementary spatial constructions causes difficulties for most practitioners at the early stage, both of subjective and objective nature. Indeed, the fact has to be acknowledged, that for a surface consciousness entirely modulated by linear dynamics, fixation of static three-dimensional forms is, as a rule, extremely difficult without serious prolonged practical training. But is it just about persistence and knowledge of nuances? Unfortunate experience of those who tried to achieve their own stabilization by means of self-isolation, extending the duration of practice and pumping in active potential testifies to the contrary. Even early works on Bio-Information Programming (BIP) addressed repeatedly the dominant role of philosophical methodological aspects and the subordinate nature of technique. It can be confidently ascertained that the thesis "not man for matrix but matrix for man" is universal and will therefore always remain relevant. Often people who have only superficial knowledge of the theory associate MVP primarily with two-dimensional projections of matrix impresses underlying the products of the Matrix Company and with illustrations and commentaries in relevant literature.

In the late XX c., orthodox science, based on the materialistic postulate of the primacy of the material substratum in the Unversed, accumulated a virtually infinite volume of information about matter properties from the characteristics of elementary particles to the parameters of the Metagalaxy in various aspects of its manifestation. Newton, who laid the foundation of classical mechanics, the mathematical basis of which was differential and integral calculi that provided virtually unlimited possibilities for linear analysis of the phenomenon of nature within the framework of the existing concept, which in the XVIII and XIX cc. was the fundamental principle for naturalists. An important property of the laws of classical mechanics was that Newton’s equations of motion conformed to a certain type of invariance, which is the essence of Galileo’s principle of relativity, and that those equations were realized in hypothetical real three-dimensional space and real one-dimensional time.

Postman Pechkin, a popular cartoon character, gave a wonderfully precise definition of the current tendency observed in how our society shows itself. Answering his own question about the main ornament of a New Year's Eve celebration, he replies that it is neither the tree nor the meal, but the TV set; and in most cases we agree. Today it is hard to imagine New Year's Eve with the TV switched off or no TV at all.

As civilization moves along on the time scale, the tendency toward growing interest to information in any shape or form is more and more apparent. Let us remember that not so long ago a traveller was given shelter and food in exchange for their stories of what they saw and learned when roaming the wide world.

Philosophy (Lat. "love of wisdom"), methodology, and technology are the three pillars holding the world, like three non-colinear points conclusively define a plane. Of the three pillars, philosophy is the fundamental information basis defining the vector of cognition of objective reality and development as the purpose of any civilization.

Referring to the content of the Apocalypse 2012 portal in this regard, one cannot but notice that the abundance of publications lacks a separate work on philosophical fundamentals, although every single monograph, article, and report has sections that to a certain extent deal with philosophical issues, along with respective references. Without understanding those ideological fundamentals, many enthusiasts and supporters cannot adapt and then integrate the portal's multi-aspect information content; therefore a certain part of visitors at first show interest but after facing a severe informational block abandon attempts to comprehend the material. Here, the most rejected part is the proposed interpretation of St. John's Apocalypse, its fundamental and strictly scientific validity.

The objective of the present commentary is to gather and to a certain degree systematize the philosophical sections hosted by the portal in order to help those trying to understand (enthusiasts and supporters) to overcome the initial incomprehension of the material and partake of new knowledge. Today, when the authors believe the time has come to introduce the information published on the portal to society, this issue becomes even more topical.

It should be specified beforehand that the mentioned certain systematization does not admit any corrections or unauthorized interpretations, the authors' meaning and terminology remain fully intact.

Understanding the wave nature of matter allows us to shape further notions of the Concept of Universal Development of an Individual.

If an individual successfully overcomes primary barriers caused by a vast number of stereotypes rooted in conditioned and unconditioned reflexes and supported by society in every possible way, and learns about the electromagnetic nature of the material world, a part of which is man, then recognition of repercussions coming from that knowledge begins to automatically destroy all illusions that the individual has had and considered to be real up to that moment.

Thus, we have to admit the fact that matter, and consequently, our body, which we a priori considered to be the master, for which we have and still are performing all our monstrous acts, is but a resonator of interaction with the environment; in the course of its life, it radiates and absorbs electromagnetic waves in broad band. That is, a person functions as an information exchange system. Information comes from the environment into the system via its channels. Within the system's structure, counter-reactions to certain information are generated, the so-called field response, which is a characteristic of the structure's state.

Of course, this does not mean that the body is of minor importance, because the organism's state, as well as the level of organization of all intrastructural interactions, all vital biochemical processes, operation of its systems etc. directly affect the quality of perception, analysis and adaptation of information coming along all interaction vectors.
